Our Head Chef

Our local head chef, Zhuang Li is a Red Seal certified chef from Canada. He has strived through five years of cooking experience in French cuisine and another ten years of diverse cooking experience as sous chef at the Downtown Sheraton Wall Centre Hotel. Mr. Li’s  passion drives to create the best plate for you.

What Makes Us Special?

Natural, healthy, simple, and just right.  We only choose the best ingredients ranging from local B.C. to our neighbouring province, as well as global imports of some very rare and precious ingredients, such as premium flour and top-quality Spanish saffron. All sauces, such as our tomato sauce and Bolognese sauce, are housemade.

Take-out Food Packaging

We work hard to source packaging that’s better for people and the planet. Our packaging is plant based, made from compostable materials and made without added PFAS.

We only select premium quality ingredients that meet our high standards in order to create a delicious and healthy dish. We deeply care about the growth of children and a healthy diet for everyone. Our goal is to provide the best possible meal for kids, families, and our community. We believe in “Eat well, all well”.
